What is netCDF?

NetCDF (network Common Data Form) is a set of software libraries and machine-independent data formats that support the creation, access, and sharing of array-oriented scientific data.

Using netCDF on a C&C Cluster

netCDF 4.0 is installed on UCR C&C Clusters. netCDF is installed under /usr/local/pkgs/netCDF-4.0. There are symlinks to the netCDF binaries, libraries and other files in appropriate directories under /usr/local.
