What is FFTW?

FFTW is a C subroutine library for computing the discrete Fourier transform (DFT) in one or more dimensions, of arbitrary input size, and of both real and complex data (as well as of even/odd data, i.e. the discrete cosine/sine transforms or DCT/DST).

Using FFTW on a C&C Cluster

FFTW 3.1.2 is installed on UCR C&C Clusters.  FFTW is installed under /usr/local/pkgs/fftw-3.1.2. There are symlinks to the fftw binaries, libraries and other files in appropriate directories under /usr/local.
